Things you must have:
- Laptop with Mic/Speaker Headset (must be computer literate)
- 1+ hrs/day, 2-3+ days per week (between 9am - 7pm)
- Mentoring Program Start-Up: A Small Initial Investment is Required to Cover the Costs of the Program
- Monthly Program Fees: $295 / Month (Covers Your Tools and Lead Gen and Coaching Costs)
The Lease Options Mentoring Program Requires NO OTHER Fees, Tools, Subscriptions, Costs, or Upgrades to be successful. You will have access to my team tools, and lead generation resources. This is Turn-Key Apprenticeship. No Upsells Inside. EVER.
How The Acquisitions Position Works:
What You Get From Me:
- TEAM SUPPORT: A Team Atmosphere with Weekly Team "Deals-In-Progress" Meetings Every Monday Night at 6:30pm Central Time. Hosted by Justin. 30 Minutes Long. (Recorded) Not Mandatory.
- Calling Seller Leads Together Sessions Daily: Get Momentum calling along-side other mentees and coaches every day Monday thru Friday
- I'll Personally Coach You: Daily Coaching Club Included w/ Private Coaching Sessions
I'll provide you with all the tools you need, and I also provide additional deal support when you're working on a deal, as well as accountability. This isn't about you "getting some new system". This is about you learning while we work to make money together doing deals. This is a team effort. You'll have our help and the support of my team, and use of all of my team's tools. No additional costs.
How Does Profit Sharing Work?
Monthly AQ Apprentice = 40% Profit Share Per Deal (Your Deals Only)
All Deals Payout After Closing and Collecting.

Successful Acquisition Team members may be offered an opportunity to work on a ShutUpMoney Lease Options Dispositions Squad or to lead a ShutUpMoney Lease Options Acquisitions Team of their own. This would dramatically increase your earning potential. This opportunity isn't for everyone, but it is for those who want to run a serious business of their own someday.
